Admissions Steps

Step 1: Submit an Inquiry Form

Complete our online Inquiry Form using the “Connect” tab to share your interest in our programs and ask any questions about Montessori or our school.

After submitting your form, your family will be added to our Interest List. Once on the Interest List, you will receive updates about upcoming events, open houses, and open application periods.

Step 2: Complete an Application

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, though occasionally it will be temporarily closed due to volume of applications.

To move from the Interest List to the Waiting Pool, please complete the online application and submit the non-refundable $50 application fee per child.

Once both are received, your child is officially placed in the Waiting Pool to be considered for the next available opening.

Step 3: School Visits & Observations

In the spring, we reach out to families in the Waiting Pool to schedule school visits and observations.

*During this visit, families can tour the school, observe classrooms, and meet with our Head of School.

Program-Specific Steps:

Children’s House (Primary Program) and Young Children’s Community:

  • Families will be invited to attend a classroom visit prior to entry.

  • Classroom Visits typically take place in April or May.

  • Parents are notified of admissions decisions within two to three weeks of the interview.

Elementary Program:

  • Families are invited to tour the campus and meet with the Head of School.

  • Students are invited to visit the classroom for a morning, or in some cases, the full day, share prior work, and participate in an assessment with the lead guide.

  • The family is invited to meet with the lead guide as part of the process.

  • Admissions decisions are shared after all steps and observations are complete.

Step 4: Application Review

Once all steps are complete, applications are reviewed by the Head of School and Lead Guide.

Decisions are based on:

  • Space availability

  • Completion of all application steps

  • The needs of existing classes

  • Child readiness
