Assistants to Infancy Lead Guide

MMS is seeking applications for an AMI Assistants to Infancy diploma holder to lead our Young Children’s Community classroom. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team!

This is an annual renewable contract beginning August 2026. MMS benefits include paid professional development, paid holidays and standard PTO, monthly healthcare stipend, Simple IRA matching program, tuition waivers for faculty children, and a one-time relocation allowance.

Substitute

MMS is currently hiring substitutes in all programs. Candidates must ust have experience working with children between the ages of 15-months and 12-years-old. Individuals with STARS training (in process or completed) strongly encouraged to apply!

Requirements:

• Must be willing to complete a Background Record Check

• Experience/Interest in early childhood and elementary education (Montessori a plus!)

• Ability to move/bend in full range of total body mobility

• Comfortable spending 15-45 minutes outside in all kinds of weather

• ALL Lead Guide positions require an AMI Diploma at the appropriate level
